Refund policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Account > Billing.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period or trial period.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If a billing mistake occurs, contact support@candlune.com with the account email and Stripe receipt.
